Refund Policy
Last updated 20 September 2026
Inkprint sells digital products that are delivered immediately. This policy explains when we refund.
We refund in full when
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- You paid for a certificate and none could be issued, for any reason on our side.
- A certificate is corrupt, unverifiable, or materially inaccurate about the document you submitted.
- You were charged after cancelling a subscription, for a period you did not use.
We generally do not refund when
- You bought a dossier and then decided you did not need it. The report and certificate are delivered on purchase and cannot be returned.
- You are unhappy with what the evidence showed. The analyzer is free and unlimited precisely so you can find out before paying.
- A client, editor, publisher or institution did not accept the certificate. No honest vendor can promise that outcome, and these terms say so.
- You used a certificate in breach of the Terms of Service, including to misrepresent authorship.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement - which is what happens when you complete checkout and a certificate is issued. Nothing here affects rights you have that cannot be waived, including rights in respect of faulty digital content.
How to ask
Email CONTACT EMAIL with the email address used at checkout and your Stripe receipt number. We aim to respond within two business days and to process approved refunds back to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
